Marketplace on Main
Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Marketplace on Main!

Our inventory changes on a daily basis, so our needs change for the type of merchandise needed.
If you booth or your category of items meets our needs, we will contact you. If you are not seleted, we will keep your application on file for 6 months should our needs change. Your application must include photos of either a current space or of items you would be selling. Going forward all applicants on our past waiting list will be held for 6 months. If you have not been notified within that timeframe you can reapply.

We predominately sell antiques and vintage items - but we also sell some modern furniture and home decor. We discourage vendors from selling Modern Clothing, or items you would typically sell at a yard sale.

For help in determining what “we” call vintage or antique, just ask!

Having a booth at The Marketplace is equivalent to having your own storefront. We recommend that as a new vendor you give your booth at least 4-6 months to perform. Within this timeframe, you will know if you like doing this, and if your items are going to sell. We recommend that vendors “work” their booth weekly.

We are open 6 days a week. Mondays will be Closed to the public-Vendors Day (10am-12pm & 5pm-7pm) We collect and pay all sales taxes. You do not need a business license or permit to have a booth at The Marketplace on Main.

RENT: Rent for the first month is required in advance to secure booth space. Rent for the following month is taken from previous month’s sales. If you do not sell enough to cover your rent then payment of the balance is required by the 15th of that month. You can pay at the front desk or call and pay with a credit card. Rent that is paid after the 20th will incur a $35 fee.

LEASE: Your lease is on a six month basis. Marketplace requires a 30 day notice if you choose to vacate the booth. Notice must be received no later than the last preceding month and must be emailed to 118marketplace@gmail.com. For example, if vacating on June 30th, then notice must be received no later than May 31st. If proper notice is not received, you will be assessed rent for the following month.

10%: A fee is assessed on each booth. The fee is 10% of what you sell.
